  1. We commit to giving 1% of our total gross revenue per year to non-profits that we believe serve major needs of our culture today: widows and orphans (GraceChurch Foster and Adopt), men’s mental health, world poverty and educating in third world countries (Compassion International).

  2. No contracts for landscape maintenance. We believe the type of people that are good clients for us will operate on the same level of trust that we give to people. Trust creates long-lasting mutually beneficial relationships.

  3. Our 30-Day Guarantee. For those who choose to work with Sunlight and follow our proven process for landscape maintenance services, we guarantee your satisfaction after your first month’s service or you will not be charged. This helps ensure you are pleased in working with us and that we are able to meet your expectations and preferences.

Based here in Greenville, South Carolina, we here at Sunlight Landscapes want to put the focus back onto having great relationships with people while taking care of their needs. In order to do that, we use a proven process when working with our clients.

Our 30-day proven process will assist in helping us understand what is important to you.

First…

We want to meet and have an on-site walkthrough with you in order to get to know each other! Having the opportunity for us to ask questions and takes notes will help us to understand what means most to you. The core question is: where would you like to see your property in 30 days?

Second…

We’ll set agreed upon expectations for your first month’s schedule and services to provide you.

Ever wonder how a company provides a price to you for your property? Many companies will price by the square footage of your lot, or simply take a guess depending on their level of experience.

At Sunlight, here’s how we provide an accurate onsite price to you: For the first month, we time your visits according to the services you select: turf (cut/edge/trim), bed (weed management), shrub maintenance (pruning shrubbery) and debris removal (if applicable). Once completed, we take the average of time spent and provide you a per-visit price.

Third…

At the end of your first month of service - we will follow up with you to see if we have met your expectations and are a good fit to continue working together. Remember, the goal isn’t to do good work only. The goal is to take care of you!

Every month we will send you a check-in email to give you the opportunity to give feedback, make requests and setup onsite appointments as needed. Continuous communication gives more opportunities to build and maintain trust.

What We Do

Even if some landscapes may look similar, each homeowner is different. Everyone has a different vision of how they would like their landscape to be.

Our goal is to help you accomplish that vision through a variety of services offered:

Landscape maintenance (weekly or bi-weekly)
Landscape clean-ups
Mulch or pine straw
Plantings
Shrub Pruning
Landscape Debris Removal

***If we don’t do it, we will refer you to someone who can! Feel free to ask any questions pertaining to hardscapes (pavers/pathways), irrigation systems, turf fertilization and weed control programs, etc.
